Our Planning Bio
Oh, who am I kidding? Keith will probably never even look at this thing! I guess it should say "my" planning bio, as I plan to use this to document all of the hard work I'm sure to put in on this wedding. =)
About Us
We're a match.com couple. I don't even remember who caught who's interest first, but after a series of emails we decided to meet for a Mariner's game. Pretty soon we were inseperable.
After almost two years of dating, Keith decided it was time for a big vacation. Since I'm a teacher, we decided to go to Hawaii for Spring Break. Lots of people asked me if I thought I was "going to get something sparkly" while in Hawaii, but I honestly thought we were just going for a nice vacation.
Three days into our trip, we were up on Oahu's North Shore exploring the beach where they film a lot of the show Lost. We'd just found our way there, when Keith decided he had to go back to the car for his "phone" (really it was the ring). I was kind of annoyed, but I waited for him. We walked a good mile down this deserted and BEAUTIFUL beach, and along the way, Keith found a stick and was drawing things in the sand. At one point on our way back, he said "I want to draw more sand graffiti." To which I replied, "No! Do it later!" lol. Well, just after we saw a beautiful rainbow, he told me he was going to go draw something, but I couldn't look. I pouted but obliged. When he told me I could see, I walked forward to read it, and he walked behind me. Once I figured out what it said I whipped around and asked, "Seriously?" I looked back at the words, and he laughed, and when I turned around again, he was pulling a ring out of his pocket!!!
We're back home now, and planning a wedding for July 31, 2010.
